Subdomain pages (e.g. go.findherself.com/[studio-name]) are campaign landing pages operated on behalf of individual partner studios. While these pages are hosted under the findherself.com domain, the studio featured on each subdomain page is solely responsible for the services advertised, the accuracy of their offer, and the fulfilment of any session booked through that page.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform or submit an enquiry. By submitting a form on the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Togs Marketing acts as a marketing intermediary and lead generation service. We are not a party to any contract between you and a partner studio. The following responsibilities rest solely with the partner studio:
Togs Marketing makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of any partner studio's services. Any dispute regarding a session must be resolved directly with the relevant studio.
All advertising conducted through the Platform — including paid social media advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — must comply with the applicable advertising policies of the relevant platform. Partner studios are solely responsible for ensuring that their own advertising campaigns, including any campaigns that drive traffic to their subdomain pages, comply with:
Togs Marketing reserves the right to remove any partner studio from the Platform if their advertising or conduct is found to be non-compliant with these standards or with applicable law.
All content on findherself.com — including text, design, layout, AI-generated images, and branding — is the property of Togs Marketing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
AI-generated images used on the Platform were created using commercially licensed AI image generation tools. These images do not depict real, identifiable individuals. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
Partner studios retain ownership of their own branding, photography, and content displayed on their subdomain pages. By providing content for display on their subdomain page, partner studios grant Togs Marketing a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Togs Marketing makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
